How to Order This Material

• General Information You may order materials online, call Heartland and speak to a library clerk, or e-mail us at info@aea11.k12.ia.us If sending an e-mail request, please include your name, district, building and date needed, along with the titles (and item numbers) you are requesting.

• For Children's/Young Adult Books You may also request books by subject and grade level. If requesting individual titles include the title and call number. If a book is not available, it will be placed on hold and you will receive it when it is available. You can also register for book rotation where a collection of 30 fiction and nonfiction books are sent to you automatically every five weeks. • For Video Duplication Some VHS titles may be duplicated at no cost (if you provide the tape). Some DVD titles may be duplicated at a minimal cost. Be sure to include a purchase order number if required by your school.
